By accessing or using the PlatformZero website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services.

Services Description

PlatformZero is an AI-powered platform engineering solution currently in private beta. We provide intent-driven infrastructure delivery and autonomous operations management.

Beta Program

Access to PlatformZero during the beta phase is:

• By invitation only upon approval of your application
• Provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind
• Subject to limitations including potential downtime, bugs, and feature changes
• Non-exclusive and may be modified or terminated at any time

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our Services
• Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PlatformZero are owned by Intermission LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Data

• Your Data: You retain ownership of any code, configurations, or data you provide to PlatformZero
• Our Use: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Services
• Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security

Confidentiality

During the beta program, you agree to:

• Keep confidential any non-public information about PlatformZero
• Not disclose performance metrics, features, or roadmap details without permission
• Provide feedback and bug reports to help improve the service

Disclaimer of Warranties

PlatformZero is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of results

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intermission LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intermission LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PlatformZero at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
